3. The product does not fit as expected (for standard sizes only).

1. Items must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with original tags intact.
2. Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
3. Please contact us before sending any item back to initiate the return or exchange process.
4. Returns should be sent via a reliable courier service.

1. Incorrect/Damaged Item Received

If you receive an item different from what was ordered, we offer:

1. Replacement of the correct item, or
2. credit note valid for 30 days on shopmiraka.com
   

Shipping cost for the return will be covered by us in this case.

2. Size Issue (Standard Sizes Only)

If the item does not fit, we offer:

1. size exchange, or
2. credit note valid for 30 days on shopmiraka.com
   

Please note:

• Shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
• One size exchange is allowed per outfit.

We do not offer refunds unless the item is unavailable. In such cases:

• A full refund will be issued within 5 working days.
